Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. The unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To fix the date of the Annual General Meeting and the period of book closure.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation, the Trading Window will be closed from August 04, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders.
