| Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 28, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 1:45 p.m. inter alia, has:<BR><BR>1. Considered to issue security up to US$ 350 million, subject to approval of the Members.<BR><BR>2. Considered Preferential offer and issue of upto Rs. 150 Crore in share warrants, convertible into equity shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each to Mr. Sarang Wadhawan, Promoter of the Company, subject to approval of the Members.<BR><BR>3. Appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta as Independent Director of the Company, subject to approval of the Members. | |
