| With reference to above and pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, Notice is hereby given that Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, inter-alia<BR> <BR> To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and six-months ended September 30, 2017 for the Financial Year 2016-17 ('Unaudited Financial Results'); and,<BR> To consider and approve Issue of Warrants on Preferential Basis to Promoter of the Company.<BR> <BR> Further, in reference to the aforesaid circulars and in terms of the company's internal Code for prohibition of Insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected person &/or Designated persons of the Company from Monday, November 6, 2017 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the publication of the Unaudited financial Results of the Company.<BR> <BR> Request you to take the same on records.<BR> | |
