Approved the notice convening Eighteen Annual General Meeting of the Company along with Directors Report and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Considered to issue security up to US$ 400 million subject to approval of the shareholders at the forth coming annual general meeting. | |
