Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation will be held on January 27, 2016 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone) of the Corporation and the unaudited consolidated financial results, for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>In this connection and in pursuance of the approval of the shareholders of the Corporation at the 38th Annual General Meeting held on July 28, 2015, at the said meeting, the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall also consider issue of non-convertible secured debentures aggregating to Rs. 35,000 crore on a private placement basis under a shelf disclosure document in terms of the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008, as amended.
