Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on June 09, 2015 allotted 2,67,395 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,16,81,390 consisting of 157,58,40,695 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
