Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on December 12, 2014 allotted<BR>2,24,455 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees. <BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,35,26,330 consisting of 157,17,63,165 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
