Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on September 24, 2015 allotted 18,875 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,53,69,500 consisting of 157,76,84,750 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
