Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on November 06, 2015 allotted 3,11,360 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,59,92,220 consisting of 157,79,96,110 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
