Audited Standalone financial results of the Company for 3 months financial period (Q4) ended on March 31, 2016; and <BR><BR>2. Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for FY ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Promoters, Directors, Officers, and Designated Persons and/or their immediate relatives will remain closed from May 06, 2016 to May 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
