HOV Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dated October 23, 2014, have approved the appointment of Mrs. Lakshmi Kumar as an Additional Director effective October 24, 2014. The Board has considered her as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of Section 149 of the Companies Act 2013. Mrs. Lakshmi Kumar shall hold office as an Additional Director till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
