HSIL Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting by Insiders formed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 22, 2015 to August 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015. Accordingly all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Companys aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
