Dear Sirs, This is to inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting by Insiders formed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window' for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 11th May, 2017 to 20th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. You are requested to take this information on records.
