Dear Sirs, We would like to inform you that we have received a letter from Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, dated 14th March 2017 (received through Registered A/D) bearing reference no. F(Tech)RPCB/CPM/E-123 1720-1724, regarding revocation of consent to operate and direction for closure of our Kaharani unit, situated in the district Alwar in State of Rajasthan, under section 25/26 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and section 21/22 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The Kaharani Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Faucets. The details required under point 12 of Part B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are attached.
