HSIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2014, have decided to raise further capital under Section 41,42,62 of the Companies Act, 2013 through private placement upto Rs. 250 crores for prepayment of long term/short term debts.
