Dear Sirs,<BR> <BR> Sub: Intimation regarding Closure of 'Trading Window'<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting by Insiders formed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 2nd August, 2017 to 13th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take this information on records.<BR>
