| HSIL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Unaudited Financial Results together with Segment wise Revenue, Results & Capital employed for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To raise funds by issue of Non Convertible Debentures and to fix the date and time of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders for their approval for proposed issue.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting by Insiders formed pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 25, 2016 to February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Accordingly all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Companys aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
