HT Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2014, inter alia,<br/>have decided to recommend for approval by members, payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.40 per equity share (20%) of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014. The dividend, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after the date of the said meeting.
