This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 17th October, 2017 (which commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 12:50 P.M ) has inter-alia, transacted the following businesses:-<BR> <BR> 1. Approved and taken on record the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results (UFRs) of the Company for the quarter and half-year ende d on 30th September, 2017 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations (enclosed as Annexure A).<BR> <BR> 2. Taken on record the Limited Review Report of Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP (Statutory Auditors) on the above UFRs (enclosed as Annexure B).<BR>
