| HT Media Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ 9-months period ending on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In terms of the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the Trading window will be closed from December 31, 2015 to January 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/9-months period ending on December 31, 2015. | |
