HT Media Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Regulation 3(12) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 (Regulations) dated October 28, 2014, there is Nil un-appropriated inventory held by HT Media Employee Welfare Trust (Trust). Further, all equity shares of the Company held by the Trust are appropriated towards HTML Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP Scheme).
