Dear Sir,<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (Part A (7)) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our intimation dated 18th September, 2017, please take note that Dr. Arup Basu has joined the services of the Company and taken charge as the Managing Director of the Company, w.e.f.1st November, 2017.<BR> <BR> Further, Mr. A. Venkatrangan ceased to be the Managing Director of the Company on 31st October, 2017, consequent to his resignation. Mr. Venkatrangan has moved laterally within the Huhtamaki Group as VP, Global Sourcing & Technology - Flexible Packaging Segment.<BR>
