With reference to the earlier letter dated September 14, 2015, Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has now informed BSE that the Hon'ble Mumbai Bench of National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT') at its hearing held on February 22, 2017, sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement of Positive Packaging Industries Limited and Webtech Labels Private Limited with Huhtamaki PPL Ltd., and their respective shareholders and creditors.<BR><BR>Further, on receipt of the Certified True copy of the NCLT Orders, the same will be filed with the Registrar of Companies and the Scheme/Merger would become effective on such filing.
