Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 06, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Resignation letter received from Mr. A. Venkatrangan, Executive Director of the Company w.e.f end of the working hours of October 03, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Suresh Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, will step down from the position of Managing Director of the Company after end of working hours of August 06, 2014. Mr. Suresh Gupta will continue as Chairman of the Company.
