ICICI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 06, 2015 to June 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 29, 2015.<BR><BR>The payment date for the dividend, subject to approval of the same by the shareholders at the AGM, will be June 30, 2015.<BR>
