With reference to the earlier letter dated April 29, 2016 regarding audited annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016. ICICI Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the following corrections :&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. CONSOLIDATED SEGMENTAL RESULTS portion of the stock exchange format:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;(a) Row &apos;b.ii&apos; under column &quot;Year ended March 31, 2015&quot; should be read as &quot;blank&quot; instead of &quot;6,224.07&quot;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;(b) Row &apos;b.iii&apos; under column &quot;Year ended March 31, 2015&quot; should be read as &quot;6,224.07&quot; instead of &quot;blank&quot;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Press Release issued along with the stock exchange format:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;On page 2 of the press release in the below para replace Q3-2016 by Q4-2015. The corrected para is as under:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&quot;Provisions, excluding collective contingency and related reserve, were at Rs. 3,326 crore (US$ 502 million) in Q4-2016 compared to Rs. 2,844 crore (US$ 429 million) in Q3-2016 and Rs. 1,345 crore (US$ 203 million) in Q4-2015.&quot;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The results and press release after the above corrections are enclosed.&lt;BR&gt;
