Certificate under Regulation 40(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 We write with reference to the requirement of Regulation 40 (9) of Clause 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 requiring companies to send to the Exchange a Certificate from a Practicing Company Secretary within one month from the end of each half of the financial year, certifying that all transfers have been completed within the stipulated time. We enclose herewith the certificate dated April 13, 2017 received from Messrs. Dholakia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries for the half year ended March 31, 2017 with respect to the above.
