ICICI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that as required under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013, the approval of the shareholders would be sought at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for an enabling resolution which would be valid for a period of one year to grant consent to the Bank to invite subscription for non-convertible debentures or bonds on a private placement basis. This would be considered by the Board at its Meeting to be held on April 29, 2016.
