ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, has appointed Mr. Vipul Agarwal as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 22, 2015.<BR><BR>Mr. Vivek Mathur, current Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be relieved from the roles and responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer with effect from the close of working hours on May 21, 2015. The Board is thankful to Mr. Mathur for acting as Chief Financial Officer of the Company during the interim period of the search for Group Chief Financial Officer.
