IDBI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that consequent upon attaining the age of 70 years and completion of initial four year term as Independent Director of the Bank as per the provisions of Article 116(1)(e) read with Article 116A(i) of the Articles of Association of the Bank, Shri P.S. Shenoy ceased to be Independent Director of IDBI Bank with effect from the close of business on July 29, 2015.
