| Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has vide its circular resolution dated September 29, 2015 allotted 248,209 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,599,610,386 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,996,103,860/-. | |
