| The Exchange has sought clarification from Idea Cellular Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Business Standard on October 31, 2014 titled "Bharti Infratel in race to buy Idea, Voda towers for Rs. 5000 cr."<br/><br/>Idea Cellular Ltd replied stating:<br/><br/>"We observe from the published article that it covers news about Bharti Infratel proposing to take over telecom towers of Vodafone and Idea Cellular, which we are not aware of.<br/><br/>Further we do not wish to comment on the media report which is speculative in nature." | |
