Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2015 to September 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Final Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid / dispatched to the Company's equity shareholders on or after September 28, 2015.
