Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015; and<BR><BR>3. To consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2015 to April 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).
