| Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOS Compensation Committee has vide its circular resolution(s) dated July 25, 2014 allotted 256,326 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).<br/><br/>Post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,596,154,744 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,961,547.440/-. | |
