| Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has vide its circular resolution(s) dated December 23, 2015 allotted 340,029 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,359,606 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,003,596,060/-. | |
