IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that as RBI vide its letter dated July 23, 2015 has issued a License to IDFC Bank Limited to carry on the Banking business. As a result, the composition of the Boards of various IDFC Group Companies is being reorganized. The Board of Directors of IDFC Limited has accepted the resignations of the following three Independent Directors (IDs):<BR><BR>1. Mr. S.H. Khan<BR>2. Mr. Gautam Kaji<BR>3. Dr. Omkar Goswami<BR><BR>The Board places on record, its sincere appreciation for the long association and valuable services rendered by the IDs during their tenure with the Company.
