IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held on January 31, 2017 have recommended the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co, Chartered Accountants LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, LLP, Chartered Accountants, for a period of five years from the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held for FY 2017, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing AGM and subsequent ratification on annual basis. The said appointment is in compliance with the mandatory rotation of auditors as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>The brief profile of Price Waterhouse & Co, Chartered Accountants LLP is enclosed herewith.
