IFCI Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, as per IFCI's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on March 25, 2015 pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of IFCI Ltd. shall remain closed from August 02, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive), for the aforesaid purpose.
