IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Nilesh Vikamsey an Independent Director of the Company and its subsidiaries i.e. India Infoline Finance Limited, India Infoline Limited, IIIFL Wealth Management Limited & India Infoline Realty Limited has tendered his resignation from the Boards of India Infoline Finance Limited and India Infoline Limited due to his appointment as Part - Time Chairman of The Federal Bank Limited. The same has been noted by the Boards of respective subsidiaries.<BR><BR>Mr. Nitesh Vikamsey continues on the Boards of the Company and the other subsidiaries.
