| IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution(s) dated September 24, 2015, allotted 16,68,300 equity shares to the eligible person(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Upon allotment the equity base of the Company stand increased from equity shares 31,26,05,453 to 31,42,73,753 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. | |
