IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. Declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.25 per equity share which includes a special dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share, to connmemorate a decade of listing;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Allotted 56,000 equity shares to the eligible employee&#40;s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes. Upon allotment the equity Capital of the Company stand increased to 31,54,82,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Appointed Mr. Prabodh Agarwal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
