IKF Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2014, inter,alia, has considered and approved, the following businesses:<br/><br/>1. The Board has decided to convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 19, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Kamal Kishor Poddar has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Appointed Key Managerial Personal pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>4. Appointed Internal Auditor pursuant to section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>5. The Board has taken on record the Agreement renewed and LOl executed with the Clients.
