IKF Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(3) (vii) of the Companies (management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Companies has fixed August 18, 2014 as the cut-off date for members holding shares In physical as well as demat mode to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by the electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.<br/><br/>The Company would be available e-Voting Services of National Securities Depository limited (NSDL).
