IKF Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from April 22, 2016 to May 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors and Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
