| IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Code of Conduct formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window has been closed from May 19, 2015 to June 01, 2015 for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on June 02, 2015. | |
