IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that as per the provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from April 22, 2016 to May 05, 2016 (both days inclusive) due to the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 03, 2016, for adoption of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider declaration of dividend for the year 2015-2016.
