IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 07, 2015 to August 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 11, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the dividend for the financial year 2014-2015 will be paid on or after August 14, 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 11, 2015.
