IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on March 23, 2015 has allotted 558,427 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to the employees / Director of the Company/ Directors of the subsidiaries of the Company on exercise of options granted under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2009 at a price of Rs. 58.90 per Equity Share.<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs.1,115,643,910 to Rs. 1,121,228,180 comprising of 112,122,818 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up.
