| ILandFS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider additional fund raising options for the Company.<br/><br/>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window has been closed from November 19, 2014 to November 29, 2014 for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members.
